Confetti Labs LLC operates Reset Alerts. These terms apply to your use of the website and its SMS service. If you subscribe, you agree to these terms.

The service

Reset Alerts sends Codex reset announcements and necessary corrections to subscribers in the United States and Canada. Some messages may end with a short, clearly labeled paid sponsor announcement about an AI or developer product. The alerts and sponsor announcements are part of one free SMS subscription. Message frequency varies with announcements and your subscription activity.

Joining, stopping, and getting help

After reviewing the signup disclosures, text START to the Reset Alerts number shown on the signup page to subscribe to recurring automated Codex reset updates and corrections, which may include clearly labeled paid sponsor announcements. Use only a number you control and have permission to receive texts on. Opening an SMS draft does not subscribe you; you must send the message.

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP. You may receive one confirmation of cancellation; further subscription texts will stop. To rejoin, text START again. Rejoining does not send past alerts. Reply HELP for assistance, or email us at the address below. You can also request cancellation by email.

Costs

The beta SMS service is free. Message and data rates may apply to texts you send or receive; check with your carrier. Any future paid plan will require your explicit purchase. Signing up for free alerts does not authorize a charge.

What to expect

Reset Alerts is independent of OpenAI and is not endorsed by or affiliated with it. Announcements can change, and alerts may be inaccurate, delayed, or missed. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, delivery, or timing. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy, changes, and applicable law

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. We will post revised terms with an updated effective date and give notice of material changes through the website or a service message before they take effect. Changes do not expand your messaging consent or authorize new charges.

Wyoming law governs these terms, except where mandatory local law applies. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
